Plot
Storyline
A man's kidnapped paramedic Nick's wife, forcing him on phone to play a "game of death" with 12 rounds, directing Nick to different locations.
WWE Wrestler Randy Orton portrays Nick Malloy, an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) who finds himself caught in a deadly 12-round game of cat and mouse with a vigilante tied to the paramedic's past.
