Plot
Storyline
A secret military project endangers Neo-Tokyo when it turns a teenage biker gang member into a rampaging psychic psychopath who can only be stopped by his best friend.
Neo-Tokyo, 2019. Thirty years after World War III, the futuristic metropolis is suffocating under corruption and chaos. While the government battles frequent uprisings, the motorcycle gang of which young Tetsuo is caught in the middle of a military operation to retrieve an escaped subject with secrets worth killing for.
