Plot Storyline
Two teenage girls discover a mermaid in their beach club's swimming pool.
Claire and Hailey are best friends who are trying to enjoy their last few days of their summer break, before Hailey moves with her mother to Australia. But their lives soon change when they meet Aquamarine, who is actually a mermaid, it is soon discovered that she has left her home in order to get out of her arranged marriage and prove to her father the existence of true love. Claire and Hailey promise to keep Aqua's true form a secret and the three girls form a strong friendship. Aqua soon falls in love with Raymond, a handsome, kind-hearted life-guard. However, Cecilia Banks, a spoiled rich girl and Raymond's jealous ex-girlfriend wants to figure out Aqua's identity.
