Arjun Dixit is a peace-loving, honest and middle-class young man who hails from the village of Haldiwar, Utter-Prakash, India. Arjun's activities consists of worshiping the Hindu goddess and is employed as a Yoda professor in the University; one day he happen to witness one of his female students, Sangeeta Chopra getting sexually molest by an influential male. When question by the police he clearly refuse to testify or produce a statement but instead act like a coward. A few days later he gets to meet Nisha and both gets acquainted with each other so much that Arjun starts to fall in love with her and decides that he will get married to her at any cost but before this could happen Nisha instigates Arjun to commit a murder only to testify against him thus entrapping him. This then transform this simple-minded and God-fearing man into Bombay's most stone-hearted, powerful and dreaded gangster, Arjun Pandit.
