Alma Moreno plays the aswang attacking residents of a remote barrio. Catlyn (Aiza Seguerra) and her yaya Veron (Manilyn Reynes) are accompanied in the countryside by family driver Dudoy (Berting Labra).In the midst of their journey they encounter strange, brutal murders and discover that the barrio is being infested with and attacked by an aswang, and Catlyn will be a victim. Together with the barrio residents they fight against the evil spirits, especially the aswang prevalent in their town.
