Plot Storyline
A young man with a vendetta against a business tycoon seduces the man's younger daughter, but she begins to suspect her new lover's connection with her elder sister and his ulterior motive.
Ajay lives a simple life with his mother. He is in love with Seema, daughter of rich businessman Madan Chopra. Ajay poses as Vicky Malhotra, a sports-car enthusiast, in front of Madan Chopra and his younger daughter Priya. Seema is about to get get married against her wishes and Ajay tricks her into writing a suicide note. He promises to marry her and takes her to the marriage registrar's office and throws her from the building. Priya's college friend Inspector Karan gets Seema's suicide note, but Priya believes she would never commit suicide. Ajay uses Seema's death as a way to get close to Priya and Mr. Chopra. He kills Ravi, who was to provide information about his and Seema's relationship to Priya and claims that Ravi committed suicide because he was responsible for Seema's death, and the case is closed. Ajay then wins over Mr. Chopra, who accepts him as Priya's husband-to-be. But it turns out that Ajay always wanted revenge against Mr. Chopra for destroying his family.
