Plot
Storyline
Ye-ji comes across mysterious water that enables her to lose weight and reshape her appearance. She finds her life is more in danger the more she desires to be beautiful.
After abandoning her dream of becoming a ballerina, young makeup artist Yae-ji has been living with obesity. And having settled for a lacklustre life in the shadow of statuesque South Korean pop star Mi-ri, silently enduring daily humiliation and ridicule, Yae-ji is shamed into submission. Then, timid Yae-ji stumbles upon the too-good-to-be-true Beauty Water elixir: an exclusive beauty product worth a fortune and the answer to her prayers. However, as Yae-ji embarks on an ill-advised mission of aesthetic perfection, bent on going to extreme lengths to pay her oppressor back in the same coin, she will learn first-hand that shedding her old self comes at a high cost.
