Plot
Storyline
When Papi, Chloe, the pups, Uncle Pedro and their owners move to a hotel, the smallest pup Rosa feels like she doesn't fit in, and Papi wants to make her feel better by showing her how special she is.
After the events of Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, Papi, Chloe, the pups and their humans, Sam and Rachel, move into the luxurious Langham Huntington Hotel, but there's trouble in paradise when Papi's daughter Rosa feels left out from the rest of the family, so he decides to throw her a Quinceanera to help make her feel more special than she ever dreamed. But when strange occurrences involving a hotel employee and a doggy day care teacher begin to get a little suspicious, Papi sets out to solve a mystery and put bad guys behind bars.
