Plot
Storyline
A technician brings a frozen specimen of the original Blob back from the North Pole. When his wife accidentally defrosts the thing, it terrorizes the populace, including the local hippies, kittens, and bowlers.
The oil pipeline worker Chester Hargis brings a small container with a frozen specimen of the Blob from the North Pole to be analyzed by his company. He leaves in the freezer of his house, but his wife Mariane forgets the container on the kitchen sink, defrosting the Blob that eats a fly, the cat Samuel and Mariane. When it grows and while eating Chester, the youngster Lisa Clark sees and drives to the house of her boyfriend Bobby Hartford seeking help. Sheriff Jones does not believe in her and says that she is high. But soon the creature grows and eats several people, including a police officer, two youngsters, a barber, his client Sheriff Jones and his officers believe there is a hysteria, but when the Blob invades a bowling, they see how serious the problem is.
