North Denver, Colorado, 1982. Four years after the traumatic events of The Black Phone (2021), Finn Blake, the only surviving victim of The Grabber, still struggles to move on. However, he is not the only one facing challenges; his younger sister, Gwen, is also haunted by disturbing nightmares. As a faint trail of clues in her hair-raising visions leads them to the icy Alpine Lake, a youth camp nestled in the snowy Rocky Mountains, the siblings decide to investigate further, hoping to find closure. But in the case of the otherworldly sadist, death means nothing. With supernatural revenge closing in on them, can Finn and Gwen see that the evil rotary telephone will never ring again?
