Annie is questioned by the police about the tent murders and boyfriend Dan finally shows up. They head to Stjarnberg, where they are welcomed by the collective, led by the charismatic Petrus. Johan accompanies the Finnish woman, Ylja, to Norway, while his family searches for him around the Black Sea. It is 1991 and Annie's daughter Mia is now in a relationship with Johan. Together with Birger, they start looking for the missing Annie.
