Starting off with a rehearsal in a Pullman, this subject jumps to a Cotton Club locale, where Cab Calloway dispenses some of his typical hot rhythm plus a fan dance in which the girls use fans to cover up the bathing suits they are wearing. There is a bit of story in the short which develops a little comedy angle. Calloway, in tipping the Pullman porter, advises him to get a radio to keep the wife entertained while he's away. Motto of the radio company is "We bring the stars of the air into your home." On returning from a subsequent trip, the porter finds his wife entertaining Calloway in her flat, with the entire orchestra being marched in for a finale.
