Circa 1836 in British India a poor man finds a 200 carat diamond in the Deccan, and presents it to his King, who in turn, presents it to the British Viceroy, who has it dispatched to England via a ship that sinks during a storm. This diamond then surfaces during 1994 in Belgium, is taken apart and split into three. Two of these pieces are stolen, while the third remains in the custody of a wealthy Gujarati male who lives in Cape Town. After his passing, his son inherits the diamond, and notifies Shania, the Security Officer of the Indian High Commission of it's presence. Her boyfriend, Karan, overhears this conversation and hires three burglars - Dhananjay, Lucky and Pooja, to steal it. Two more international thieves, Angad and Aditi also get involved, and Shania decides to entrap them with marked currency. She is not aware that soon this action will set off a chain of uncontrollable events that will change everyone's lives forever.
