Without a doubt, after the events of Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore (2010), this has been the most peaceful and uneventful period in the history of both species; however, war is brewing over. This time, it seems that an ambitious megalomaniac, and his tech-savvy accomplice, have managed to hack into the agency's online observation system, bent on inflaming old rivalries.
