Plot
Storyline
After being abducted and locked in a basement, a boy starts receiving calls on a disconnected phone from the killer's previous victims.
North Denver, 1978. As the dreadful infamy of The Grabber terrorises the city, tight-knit siblings Finney and Gwen live in constant fear of two things: the masked child abductor and their abusive father. When the monstrous serial killer kidnaps another defenceless boy, two local detectives embark on a time-sensitive mission to shed light on the knotty disappearance cases. However, searching for The Grabber amid piles of insubstantial evidence is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Still, the disconnected black rotary telephone on the kidnapper's well-soundproofed basement keeps ringing. But who is on the other end of the line?
