Mary works as a real estate developer, and now she has the chance to become a partner at the firm-if she can secure a specific deal. However, that deal requires her to return to her hometown. Her relationship with her family is, to say the least, strained, and she really doesn't want to go back. Believing she can close the deal in a single day, she goes anyway.
