Following the brutal massacre in the Jotunheimen mountains, Jannicke, the sole survivor, is found exhausted and bloody, and taken to a local hospital. As she struggles to process the trauma, the frozen bodies of her friends-and their killer-are recovered and brought to the same facility. However, the nightmare is far from over. The mountain man is resuscitated by the medical staff, and the quiet hospital becomes a claustrophobic death trap. Once again, Jannicke must find the strength to face the unstoppable killer in a desperate battle to survive the night and ensure he never rises again.
