Plot
Storyline
When a scientist and his narrator visit L.A. to research Hollywood filmmaking, their engrossing documentary about movies becomes an outlandish movie about documentaries.
One of America's top research scientists and his bumbling narrator cruise the endless urban maze of Los Angeles to determine if, as screenwriter William Goldman once stated, "Nobody knows anything about what makes a movie work." They discover that the movie business is not just a crap shoot - the enigmatic science of bio-psychology secretly guides all blockbuster hits.
