Multinational terrorists in Puerto Rico have pointed an anthrax bomb at the United States - and that's only their first target. When UN secret agent J.W. Garrison (Martin Sheen) and CIA Operative Zack Hamilton (Jeff Kaake) uncover the plot, they know their only hope is to infiltrate Puerto Rico's jet-set and find the group's mastermind. To do this, they recruit the sexiest, deadliest operatives around - Kim Taylor (Angie Everhart), Victoria Carrera (Traci Bingham), and Eva Curoff (Eva Halina Rich) - to form the D.R.E.A.M. Team (Dangerous Reconnaissance Emergency Action Mission). The girls go undercover, posing as models on location, reconnoitering amidst cocktail parties and photo shoots. They soon discover that wealthy businessman Oliver Maxwell (Ian McShane) and his assistant Lena Brant (Traci Lords) are up to more than just soaking up rays. When Eva is kidnapped by Maxwell, the D.R.E.A.M. Team must race against time to save their partner and defuse the bomb.
