After an unwelcome encounter with the megalomaniac criminal Masakana 'Kane' Kaneshiro during a traditional Hawaiian feast, Federal agents Donna and Nicole find themselves targeted for death. As Kane plants a bug on Donna's wristwatch, an undercover associate introduces the agency to a cutting-edge crime-fighting weapon at the ¼ Scale Association Air Show in the Las Vegas Desert.
