Plot Storyline
Three juvenile delinquents are sentenced to a correctional facility where they encounter gang violence, death, and harassment from staff and other inmates.
Butch, Davis, and Angel--a car thief, a drug dealer, and a violent juvenile delinquent--are the new inmates of the brutal Enola Vale Young Offenders Institution in Montana.
