Unable to cope with the repercussions of a sudden, eye-opening revelation, a widowed mother of one flees her son's house located somewhere on a dry, sun-soaked Mediterranean island. As the conflicted woman heads downhill towards the town, walking briskly down a long, serpentine road, suddenly, a Good Samaritan offers himself to give her a ride to the port. Reluctantly, she accepts; however, the lady wants nothing to do with the young driver. But the scorching country road is full of surprises, and by the end of their short trip, the mother will have to reevaluate her views on love, lemons, and what is considered normal.
