Ben is leery of Leslie's growing fondness for Clay, fearing he may be his illegitimate son with Emily. Returning from an encounter with Neal, Adam is arrested for drunk driving and incarcerated. Blake and Dex notice the unnatural attachment Sarah is forming with Krystina. When Krystle is forced to fire the nurse looking over Krystina, Sarah is quick to volunteer her services.
