Escape from Womens Prison [1978 - Italy] exploitation action

Monica, a tough Italian radical, and her three terrorist inmates organise the perfect breakout. On the run and with the law hot on their trail, the dangerous women hijack a bus transporting a female team of young tennis players to gain leverage in the negotiations. After all, the hardened prisoners never intended to go straight. But now, the escapees must take cover.
