Plot
Storyline
Five friends head to a remote cabin, where the discovery of a Book of the Dead leads them to unwittingly summon up demons living in the nearby woods.
Mia, a young woman struggling with addiction, travels with her brother and three friends to their family's isolated cabin in the woods to assist in her detoxification. Upon arriving, the group discovers a hidden cellar filled with animal remains and a strange, bound book. When one of the friends inadvertently reads passages from the text aloud, they unknowingly summon a dormant demonic entity. As the force begins to possess members of the group, they are forced to navigate the increasingly hostile environment, fighting for their survival while attempting to stop the evil before it consumes them all.
