Plot:
Rough Tati and Harry Wells are champion kickboxers. They are also partners in a scam to fix their fights so as to win big odds in gambling. When Rough begins to expand his criminal activities: gun running, drugs and prostitution, Harry decides to quit and go straight. In a police raid on his and Rough's place, he is sent to prison. Once inside, he clashes with crime boss, Mason, and his men, and during a mass fight in the prison work detail, he manages to escape, but so does Mason. Rough is doing well in his new businesses and does some arms deals with Mason's gang. Harry challenges him to one last fight-to-the-death in the ring. Harry vanquishes his foe and also collects a one million dollar purse.
