Plot
Storyline
John Rambo, a drifting veteran, must weaponize the wilderness to survive a relentless manhunt led by a small-town sheriff who pushed his fragile psyche past the point of no return.
John Rambo, a former Special Forces soldier, wanders into a small town seeking a former comrade, only to be confronted by Sheriff Will Teasle. After Teasle forces the drifter to leave, a misunderstanding leads to an arrest. Inside the police station, abusive treatment by deputies triggers horrific flashbacks of wartime captivity, compelling the veteran to escape into the nearby mountains. When an accident leads to a deputy's death, Teasle declares a full-scale manhunt. As state police and National Guard forces join the pursuit, Colonel Samuel Trautman arrives, warning the authorities that they are hunting a predator, not a victim. The veteran expertly weaponizes the forest, eventually forcing a desperate final confrontation within the town limits.
