Episode description:
Russell and Shawn surprise their parents with a dream trip to Italy, and while they're away they secretly flip the family home. With only two weeks to get the project done the whole family lends a hand, but sparks fly when Russell starts to push the idea of selling the house. Dead set against Russell, Shawn takes on more projects than he can handle, and it looks likes Mom and Dad Hantz are about to return to a construction site and not a dream home.
