Having returned from the grave after the events of Dear God No! (2011), the Impalers MC, the South's most infamous biker gang, form a volatile alliance with their resilient old enemy, Dr Marco, to do his bidding. To maintain access to the addictive serum that brought them back, the resurrected sadists must capture a savage specimen roaming in the woods and help the mad scientist realise his dream of performing the first human head transplant. However, there is no such thing as a foolproof plan. And when greed, revenge, and a biker vamp with a penchant for explosions enter the picture, Dr Marco's ambitious plans hang in the balance, and everyone is about to die.
