Plot
Storyline
A special effects wizard is hired by federal agents to fake a mobster's assassination, only to realize he has been set up as a scapegoat, forcing him to use his cinematic illusions to survive a lethal game of cat and mouse.
A master of cinematic deception accepts an off the books government assignment, eager to outshine his professional rivals and prove his technical supremacy. This vanity backfires instantly when his handlers turn their weapons on him; his world implodes as a relentless clean up crew hunts him across the city. Driven by panic and a desperate need to reclaim control, he retreats into his specialized craft, relying on paranoia and elaborate trickery to navigate the betrayal.
