Plot
Storyline
A down-on-his-luck street hustler is cursed with eternal misfortune by a ruthless crime boss who murdered him and his lover in a past life. The hustler reunites with his ghostly lover, trapped in a human-skin lantern by the same man. Together, they must confront the crime boss, break the curse, and free her soul so she can finally pass to the afterlife.
Fish-gut merchant Fai has had nothing but bad luck his whole life because, in his previous life in the '40s, powerful triad boss Mister Hung had killed and buried him in a grave that would give him ten incarnations of misfortune. Sister Yung was Fai's lover in that lifetime and now, as a ghost, links up with Fai to clear the hex return a lantern make of her skin from the previous lifetime to her a Peking Opera ghost
