Paying homage to the unapologetic exploitation films of the 1970s, often shown in the now-defunct "grindhouse" movie theatres, Quentin Tarantino, the director of Pulp Fiction (1994), and Robert Rodriguez, the director of Sin City (2005), team up to offer a white-knuckle cinematic thrill-ride, just like they used to make them.
