Plot Storyline
A doctor kidnaps a young couple and forces them into a game of torment that slowly extinguishes their hopes for survival.
To satisfy his perverted needs, a sadist captures the young couple of Aki and Kazuo. Now, bound and gagged in the madman's well-equipped basement, covered entirely with plastic sheets, the defenceless captives wake up on surgical beds, and the doctor of pain sets to work, punishing and mutilating the vulnerable human flesh. As merciless as an insect, the deranged kidnapper uses a wide range of instruments to inflict severe physical and psychological suffering on his prey; however, he is not satisfied yet. Can Aki and Kazuo pass the torturer's grotesque final test?
