Roshini a stage singer in Bombay living with her mother Shardha,Prakash Chadha her father had left her mother while she was pregnant and never returned,Jaggu a street smart crook is an admirer of Roshini and loves her but she ignores him.Roshini meets Rahul who helps in her stage shows and they become very close to each other.After the death of her mother Roshini decides to search her father she meets her uncle and finds that her father is living in Hong Kong.Roshini along with Rahul decides to go to Hong Kong where Roshini is arrested on the airport for possession of drugs.Rahul who had panted drugs in her bag manages to escape and Roshini is sent to jail.Jaggu who had escaped to Hong Kong after Bombay police was on lookout for him reads about Roshini in newspapers and comes to meet her in jail. Jaggu's boss is a lawyer whose none other than Prakash Chadha he finds that Roshini is his daughter but doesn't disclose it.Hong Kong law gives death sentence to Roshini for drugs possession but before that Prakash and Jaggu have to find Rahul and prove her Innocent.
