Hard Ticket to Hawaii (1987)

Donna and Taryn, undercover drug enforcement agents with a license to kill, run a cargo service in Molokai, Hawaii. After inadvertently intercepting a cache of diamonds meant for notorious drug kingpin Mr Chang and his brutal lead distributor Seth Romero, the crime-fighting duo is marked for death. To assist them, The Agency sends Rowdy Abilene, the brother of Cody Abilene in Malibu Express (1985). But as the situation escalates, the girls must face an unknown threat: a gigantic python contaminated with deadly toxins.
