Plot
Storyline
In the 22nd century, a scientist attempts to right the wrong his ancestor created: the puzzle box that opens the gates of Hell and unleashes Pinhead and his Cenobite legions.
Space Station Minos, 2127. Without a moment to spare, Dr Paul Merchant--the descendant of Philip LeMarchand, creator of the original Lament Configuration--rushes to seal the gates of hell forever by reversing the demonic portal. But his decisive mission was cut short. As he recounts his story to his captors, the legacy of his ancestors unfolds. It all began with an 18th-century French toy maker. Then, a 1996 architect picked up where Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth (1992) left off. Now, it falls on the young engineer's shoulders to right a wrong by building a complex trap for the Cenobites. However, Pinhead is eternal. In the ultimate confrontation between light and darkness, what will it take to blast the demon into oblivion?
