Plot
Storyline
Livingston is trying to merge Russian, Chinese and Italian gangsters into a single group with huge amounts of money and power. FBI agent Susan and DEA agent Max are trying to stop them.
After the botched capture of a Russian mob boss, FBI agent Diane Norwood and DEA agent Max Parrish reluctantly team up to recapture him. Along the way, they discover a much larger plot involving two additional crime bosses and the man who handles their finances. With the help of an eccentric assassin, Diane and Max race to recover the criminals - as well as their millions of dollars in cash, in the hopes of claiming it for their respective agencies. Meanwhile, the agents' strong personalities and differing investigative approaches clash, and romantic tension ensues.
