Plot
Storyline
Tom Sawyer and his pal Huckleberry Finn have great adventures on the Mississippi River, pretending to be pirates, attending their own funeral and witnessing a murder.
Having made his fortune from a pirate treasure with partner in knavish crime Tom Sawyer, incorrigible Dixie rascal refuses to be pinned down to regular life, let alone submit to his emerging gold-digger father Finn senior. Huck leaves town by raft, intending to rejoin Tom in Ohio. On the water way, he teams up with escaped slave Joe, whom he helps to avoid capture by a bounty posse, which Old Finn joins. Their off friendship is tested by fraudsters King and Duke involving them in a reward scam and Huck's doubts if Jim will stick by him once safe in the North.
