Plot Storyline

12 year old Bart miller has it rough. His father is abusive with shattered from broken dreams and heartbreaks. And Bart's mother is also an unstable but a kind loving mother to him. Every hour they fight over Arthur's past. When Bart comes home one day to his mother moved away, he grows up with his father alone. But when he almost becomes the next NFL player, he shattered his ligament, causing him to never play again. 1 year later he moves away to Oklahoma, where he meets the band he is formed with today, MercyMe. After record breaking song hits but no award winning songs or tour worthy songs, Bart decides to go back to his home, where he reunites with his father. Upon arrival, He claims he has changed, trying to move closer to Jesus and the gospel. But with him dealing with cancer and having 1 year remaining left of his life, Bart decides to spend his whole last year as much as he can with his father. Once he dies, Bart comes up with the song, I Can Only Imagine. It was the #1 Christian song for over 3 years. After the live showing of that song before it was popular, he reunites with his girlfriend/ex, with them married.
