Plot
Storyline
Sunnyville Mental patient Daxton Hackman seeks revenge on Detective Dan Hess, forcing him into a final, violent game of truth or dare.
Disfigured madman Chainsaw Dax vows revenge on Dan Hess, the man responsible for letting the original "Coppermasked Madman", Mike Strauber, escape nearly 30 years ago.
