iHostage

A desperate man with a gun enters a big department store and threatens to shoot customers if they make a move and don't lie still. In the chaos which follows some customers escape to the store cafeteria upstairs and a store employee takes a few customers to hide in a room. The gunman however takes a customer hostage and makes a ransom demand of a large sum of money. The police get into action and surround the building. They arrange a negotiator who starts talking to the gunman to defuse the situation. Since the gunman's behavior is unpredictable the police are cautious and do not take rash decisions. Will the police be successful in this operation and safely rescue all the people trapped ?
