Pramod Sharma a young History professor joins a college where he finds that the students are quite in disciplined while Rakesh and his gang fear the college.The whole of college is behind Rita the beautiful daughter of college chairman but Rita looses her heart to Pramod.In the meanwhile Pramod is trying to reform the students he meets Madhu daughter of the college principal Shashtri,she has lost interest in life after death of her lover and also facing limping problem after an accident.Pramod finds from Shahstri how Madhu lived life at the fullest until few years back and decides to transform her again,he also gets in bad books of Rakesh when he tries to stop him from wrong doings in college.Rita gets jealous by seeing closeness of Pramod and Madhu and along with Rakesh frames him in a sexual harassment case during an outdoor picnic.
