Parabjeet Walia an ex military officer looses his daughter Ria to cancer which is caused due to carcinogenic elements that have entered the ground water and have put lives of many people at risk.A journalist finds evidence regarding such cases but goes missing his girlfriend Maya also a journalist pressures the case to arrest the culprits but in vain.A massive bomb blast takes place in factory of businessman Paddy Sharma whose plants are polluting the groundwater the blast destroys whole of his factory.Arjun Mishra is appointed to take charge of the case and finds crucial evidence but the CM Ramandeep Braitch pressures him to close the case as Paddy Sharma is a fund raiser for her party.
