Plot
Storyline
Secure within a desolate home as an unnatural threat terrorizes the world, a man has established a tenuous domestic order with his wife and son. Then a desperate young family arrives seeking refuge.
Trapped in their boarded-up house deep within a dark forest, Paul has imposed strict self-quarantine on his family after the sudden outbreak of a highly contagious disease. In this isolated setting, interactions with the outside world are limited and only occur when necessary. However, their fragile position worsens when another distressed family arrives at Paul's house, seeking food and shelter. Little by little, as the uneasy coexistence between the two families continues, mistrust and paranoia ratchet up the tension in their volatile environment. Now, the enemy could be anyone--even themselves. Can Paul and the other survivors confront the threat that comes at night?
