New Jersey's 225th anniversary is quickly approaching and Anthony wants to make the most of it. He has the brilliant idea to team up with Olivia and Karl Giant to make a book that goes through the hair, fashion and beauty of the last 225 years in Jersey. With so many creative people, things are bound to get ugly and Anthony is not happy that Karl is trying to take over! Karl even gives Anthony an ultimatum that leaves Anthony between a rock and a hard place. Meanwhile, Olivia has her own drama to deal with as Gigi asks her and Tracy to meet up and hash out their differences--but one of them storms off!
