Shamu works in mill of Sahani Seth and faces union issues he is the only earning member of the family while his younger brother Kalu is irresponsible.Shamu looses his hands while working in the mill and Sahani refuses to compensate him further leading to Shamu's death.Kalu in frustration burns his mill and gets arrested where he meets some smart crooks in jail who train him in the world of crime but he has Jailor Raghuveer Singh in his way.After coming out of the jail Kalu now calls himself Kaalia and only mission is to destroy Sahani Seth.Kaalia returns home where Shamu's wife feels he was working abroad all the time and wants him to marry soon.Kaalia meets Shalini who is also victim of Sahani Seth and both fall in love.As Kaalia's name starts becoming bigger in crime world Raghuveer feels the worst is yet to happen.
