Plot
Storyline
The power grid's vulnerability to natural/human threats poses catastrophic risk. Most people wouldn't survive long-term outages. Solutions exist but lack implementation by authorities.
This film examines the very real threat of the electrical grid going down either from natural or human causes. All civilization is based on the electrical grid and without it eight out of ten people would not survive a long term loss of electricity. There are ways to prevent this, but neither the government or power companies seem interested in it.
