Businessman Neeraj Mitra discovers about reserve of oil in Bay Of Bengal and wants to make it as a source of income with the help of Minsiter Siddappa.But Siddappa tells him that to get the contract, he will have to pay a huge bribe to several ministers, where in the black money has to be turned white. Siddappa suggests Neeraj to consider the help of suspended CBI officer Deepak Tej whose serving a jail term after being framed by a Minister. Deepka is out of jail due to Neeraj contacts and agrees to do the work as his honesty was not considered by his department. Deepak asks Neeraj to open fake companies in name of beggars and after the deal, the black money will be turned into white from these companies.Deva is one of the beggars selected from Tirupati and bought to Mumbai.Deepak finds that Neeraj and his men will kill the beggars after their deal but has no escape as Neeraj threatens to kill his family.Deva finds the truth that he will be killed after the deal is struck and elopes and meets Sameera whose stuck in the city after her lover dumped her.Deepak is on manhunt for Deva as Neeraj is facing a huge loss which also is treat to his family.While a distraught Deva roams the streets to find safety and is frequently helped by Sameera.
