Gopal and Paaji are suspended from their service for firing at a party without any necessary permission and claiming it as an encounter.Paaji introduces Gopal to his old colleague Pammi his senior while chanting in their van Pammi comes across another old friend Harry whose currently driving a van which is carrying Crores of rupees to be deposited in ATM machines on outskirts of Mumbai.Gopal plans to loot the van with his colleagues and eventually succeeds,but from no where a young couple lovely and Danny get hold of their plan and attack them killing everyone and leaving Gopal badly injured.Lovely and Gopal elope with the van but further the van is again attacked again where its disclosed that Pammi and Paaji had made a plan well in advance to loot the van.
