Plot
Storyline
During the early 1960s, U.S. military advisers in South Vietnam discover the same challenges that plagued the French army in Indochina ten years prior.
1964. The war in Vietnam is escalating. At this time the US does not have significant forces in the Vietnam with what forces there are limited to advisory roles. Such is one force lead by Major Asa Barker. He commands a US unit in a remote area. He is now ordered to turn a remote abandoned French garrison into an outpost. Until now contact with the enemy has been sporadic and small scale but establishing this outpost may escalate enemy activity.
